CNRL Markin Natural Resources Engineering facility is a seven storey building plus two below grade levels totaling approximately 29,000 m2 in area.

Dynacare Kasper Medical Laboratories, which performs 95% of all medical test analysis in northern Alberta, and Northwest Territories has relocated its central laboratory and administration offices to an existing retail space in downtown Edmonton, Manulife Phase II.

Hemisphere Engineering Inc. was engaged as the Prime Consultant for design of a new laboratory facility to house a highly active compound production facility.

The laboratory was designed to conduct research on the various effects of radiation exposure. Containment type laboratory space was created to protect both research personnel and the external environment.
