- Red Deer College Healthy Communities Complex - Phase 1
New $29M facility that will be part of a “Healthy Communities Complex.” Component 1 includes the development of facilities to support academic and service delivery in the following disciplines:
- Portage College (The Energy Center)
New campus will incorporate classrooms, lab space and offices to accommodate 280 full-time students.
- Medicine Hat College (New Power Engineering Technology Lab)
New lab facility for the Power Engineering Technology Program. New facility is to be located on the main campus and attached to the main building at the Trades and Technology Wing.
- NAIT Spartan Center for Instrumentation Technology
Renovation of an existing building on NAIT’s Main Campus from its current use as a welding instructional space to an instructional space for power engineering, welding and Building Environmental System Technology.
- NAIT Waiward Center for Steel Technologies (Souch Campus)
Completed in the fall of 2006, this project is part of NAIT Centre for Apprenticeship Technologies (NCAT) initiative to create additional training facilities for various apprenticeship trades in Alberta.
- NAIT HP Center for Information and Communications Technology (Main Campus)
The NAIT hp Center for Information and Communications Technology officially opened in the fall of 2002 and accommodates the Continuing Education group that services 40,000 clients annually.
- U of Alberta South Lab - Killam Center for Advanced Studies
South Lab is one of the original buildings on the U of A Campus constructed in 1915.
- U of Calgary Student Housing
The student housing project accommodates 400 students in a single five storey structure, plus a basement level with service and amenity areas.
