Two towers of 25 storeys each (466 residential units with 525 underground parking stalls) located in the heart of the Design District in Calgary. Ground floor consists of 2324 m2 of retail/commercial space and pedestrian friendly amenities. The twin towers consist of floor-to-ceiling glass with large terraces. Project is estimated at $130M and is scheduled for completion in 2009.
