Twelve wash bays for combat vehicles; water processing area; small administrative area (for mechanical and electrical - including high pressure wash equipment, lighting and power distribution, heating and ventilation systems and wash water recovery systems).
Provision of mechanical design, preparation of the Commissioning Plan and provision of commissioning agent services. Specialized requirements included design of piping system for the high pressure combat vehicle washing systems, waste water heat recovery for energy conservation.
Provision of electrical design and construction documents, construction administration services, preparation of the Commissioning Plan and provision of commissioning agent services. Specialized requirements included design of vapour tight lighting and power systems for the wash bays, power distribution to the high pressure wash equipment.
A successful commissioning plan was prepared for this project.
