Hemisphere Engineering are the mechanical and electrical engineering consultants.
As part of the electrical design consultant’s responsibility for this project, Hemisphere organized and led a special design process for integrated communications and technology design which included all user interfaced systems. This design process involved end users in defining functionality required and then involved owners facility and support personnel in defining the components (pieces) which were to be utilized to deliver the defined functionality. At the conclusion of the ICT process, Hemisphere Engineering produced documentation for competitive tender of the selected configurations.
Valued at $186M is scheduled for completion in 2008.
