Producers of the smart board interactive white board, Smart Technologies’ new world headquarters will be located in north-west Calgary. This 20,920 m2 office building is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2008 at a value of approximately $56M.
The building includes three blocks, each having multiple storeys. The west block has three storeys, the center block has five and the east block has six. Each block has a penthouse level for mechanical equipment. There are also five levels of parkade below the entire complex. This facility contains a raised floor air distribution system and triple pane glazing throughout.
