Mechanical and electrical upgrades to suit newly structured operations. Addition and complete modernization of existing facility including replacement and upgrading of all mechanical and electrical systems. Facility includes active treatment and extended care patient rooms, trauma/surgery suite, labs and delivery suite and public health clinic.
Hemisphere was responsible for the evaluation of project regulatory and standards requirements to design optimum mechanical and electrical systems. Continuous costing review and value engineering to ensure best possible compliance to budget. Completed in 2000 with a construction value of $5.3M.
