St. Timothy’s School
Three-storey building built into a hill. It has an underground water tank farm that stores both domestic and fire protection water. The school site is a 15 acre parcel of land that has a storm retention system. Total gross floor area is 5718 m2. There are 16 future portables proposed with a total area of 1425 m2. Core school occupancy is 850 students and 40 staff. Future portables occupancy is 800 students and 20 staff. Completed in 2004 at a cost of $7.7M.
