Estimated at approximately $20M, this new senior citizen’s residence caters to the needs of Vietnamese seniors, most of whom immigrated to Canada. The building consists of “lodge” type units and 1 bedroom units with kitchenettes, common lounge, temple, library, medical offices, craft room, games room, hair salon and TV lounge and common dining area. Scheduled for completion in the fall of 2008.
