U of Saskatchewan International Vaccine Institute (INTERVAC)

HEI has been engaged as Biocontainment Engineering Specialists to provide design engineering expertise for the International Vaccine Development (INTERVAC) center at the University of Saskatchewan.

This 15,006 m2 facility will provide research capability, especially large animal research space, for animal and human disease research (containment level 3 and animal pathogen level 3/3Ag) on current and emerging infectious diseases.

Scheduled for completion in the spring of 2009 with a project value estimated at $90M.
