The NAIT culinary team prepared a feast which was complemented by John and Cathie’s Charolais beef. This is the BBQ that Hemisphere Engineering and Chomiak Charolais donated as a fundraising item for the annual NAIT Cruise gala.
The successful bidder was Tony Deford of Deford Contracting. The special guests were Premier Ed and Marie Stelmach. The Ambassador of the Ukrainian Embassy showed up too with his wife: Ambassador Ihor Ostash and Marie, his wife. Other key attendees: Jordon Copping & Serena Sanders; The Honourable Doug Horner, Brian & Joanne Manning , Tom Olsen, Paul & Rene Stanway , Alex & Angeline Stelmach, The Honourable Gene Zwozdesky, and Sam Shaw of NAIT. Entertainment was provided by a local fiddler: Tony Michael & The Foggy Minded Mountain Boys.

The NAIT culinary team prepared a unique spread of tantalizing foods that ranged from appetizers to delectable desserts. We were thoroughly impressed with the fabulous variety provided by the team. We want to thank the NAIT culinary team for all their hard work and would recommend them for any catering event.
