The first facility of its kind in Alberta to combine continuing care and rental apartments for seniors. This $14M facility includes 50 suite continuing care facility on the main floor and 105 studios and one and two bedroom apartments on the second and third floors.

This entailed multiple projects on one site which included demolition of an existing facility and design of brand new facility, plus $12M in renovations to 13,941 m2 of existing facility it also involved primary service replacement and distribution to the site.
