We were involved in a mechanical and electrical performance specification to design/build tender a new 3253 m2 complex to serve the community. The facility includes a daycare centre 0-5 years, after school care, teen centre, library, community newspaper, multi-purpose spaces and administration area. Design/build project.

Completed in 1999 at a construction value of approximately $3M
