Coutts/Sweetgrass Border Crossing

One of the busiest border crossings in Western North America, this joint Canada/U.S. Customs port at Coutts was completed in 2004 at a cost of $51M. It covers 9.6 ha and incorporates six northbound and five southbound inspection lanes. The facility has diverse functions – offices to warehouses to containment facilities.
