- Red Deer College Healthy Communities Complex- Phase 1
The Red Deer College Building Communities Through Learning (BCTL) addition officially opened in June of 2009. The expansion includes classrooms, learning commons, visual arts studios, welding shops, automotive shops and manufacturing floor.

- Portage College ( The Energy Center)
This new campus incorporates classrooms, lab space and offices to accommodate 280 full-time students.
- Medicine Hat College ( New Power Engineering Technology Lab)
This was a new lab facility for the Power Engineering Technology Program. The new facility is located on the main campus and attached to the main building at the Trades and Technology Wing.

- NAIT Spartan Center for Instrumentation Technology
Renovation of an existing building on NAIT’s Main Campus from its current use as a welding instructional space to an instructional space for power engineering, welding and Building Environmental System Technology.

- NAIT Waiward Center for Steel Technologies (Souch Campus)
Completed in the fall of 2006, this project is part of NAIT Centre for Apprenticeship Technologies (NCAT) initiative to create additional training facilities for various apprenticeship trades in Alberta.

- NAIT HP Center for Information and Communications Technology (Main Campus)
The NAIT hp Center for Information and Communications Technology officially opened in the fall of 2002 and accommodates the Continuing Education group that services 40,000 clients annually.

- University of Alberta South Lab -Killam Center for Advanced Studies
South Lab is one of the original buildings on the U of A Campus constructed in 1915.

- University of Calgary Student Housing
The student housing project accommodates 400 students in a single five storey structure, plus a basement level with service and amenity areas.

- University of Lethbridge, Markin Hall
Markin Hall is the new Management and Health Sciences complex at the University of Lethbridge. The project consists of 90,000 sq. ft. of teaching and faculty office space to support their problem and case based study programs.

- University of Calgary Downtown Campus ( 8th & 8th )
The existing 130,000 sq. ft., 6 storey building at 8th & 8th underwent a major renovation complete with new mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate the University of Calgary’s Downtown Campus. Upgrades were integrated with the overall building envelope and structural upgrades.
